Shipping Info: USPS 1st class shipping is included in the album purchase price. This means that you should recieve your order within 2-8 days of purchase. International orders may take a bit longer...depends on where you are.
Return Policy: All returns must be authorized prior to return. Please email trapdoorband@gmail.com and let us know why you are returning the CD. If there was a problem with the packaging or the online billing, we need to know!

All returns must be made within 14 days of the date of shipment.

All authorized returns will be refunded for the product purchase price minus the cost incurred for shipping and handling.

We will not refund items damaged in shipment back to us. To obtain reimbursement for items damaged in shipment back to us, you must contact your shipping carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
